Who are you ?
3D Weave is a French company, located at the East of Paris, France. Funders are Stephane and Fabrice. We are all Cinema 4D user and we actually hiring full time three C4D graphists : Germain, Gregory and Gaétan. [ see our photos on contacts ] [ Visit our website (in French) ].
Why Search is returning so few results ?
We are in still keywording our content, so search engine may not work.
How to download my order ?
All download are made from the website, except on demand services. Log in to "my account" and go to "order history". Click on the "order #" number link near " order date". Click on the download button on top. It's enabled (green) when your payment is OK. Right-click the link using "Save as" menu or SHIFT-click the link to download and save the zip file on your hard disk. If you just made payment with Paypal, you don't need to quit 3dreservoir, don't close your browser windows, stay on our website. Download wil be enabled on your account in seconds. If you have made delayed payment using fax/phone, please contact us for payment. If you have made payment using our form and Linkpoint, please wait until we process manually your credit card information. |

How to order and buy ?
1. Sign In and create a customer account. Beware of your email adresse and password (we can't contact you if you put a wrong email). Don't fill form with funny wrong information as it deserve you for any future invoice/contact.
2. Browse the website and add product to your cart.
3. Click on the cart and click "Checkout" when you're ready to order.
4. Fill the order form (copy information using "same as shipping" link if both order addresse and payment are the same).
5. Choose your paiment method [more]
6. Check your email or go baclk to your account. See [ how to download ].
Which payment method should I use ?

| Credit card using LinkPoint, in US dollars ($). Download delayed as it need someone at our company to process your credit card information to Linkpoint POS and enable your download. Use it if you are using USD $ and VAT do not apply to you. American friendly ;-) |

FAX/PHONE order. Download is delayed at business days and hours GMT. A form popup (enable pop-up) and you can print it ! Fill the form carefully with your payment information (wire bank, Credit Card or French check) and send it to us by email/PDF, fax, regular mail or phone us. NO download before payment !!! |
How to receive an invoice for my company Accountant ?
Every order paid through Paypal or Phone/fax order will receive a invoice from 3D Weave SARL with appropriate VAT. [ more about French taxes ]

How to order quickly with no delay ?
Use Paypal as payment (You need a credit card). Choose the middle "Paypal" button on order checkout. Go back to our website after Paypal website. Do no quit and go to your account, then click on ORDER HISTORY on bottom [ see more ]
What if my order is wrong ?
1. If you have paid (like with Paypal) : DO NOT DOWLOAD the files. Contact us. We check online if your order has been downloaded. If NOT, we refund you asap.
2. If you just have entered your Credit card or use Fax/phone order. Contact us to cancel your order asap.
3. NEVER download the files on ORDER HISTORY if your order is wrong.
What if my credit card is debt and nothing happens ?
Contact us ! If you use Paypal or Linkpoint, we can refund you very easily.
About French and EEC taxes
It's the law. As a company in France, part of European Economic Community, we have to follows the rules.
VAT (Value added Taxes) add to your cart depending on your country.

You can cheat your country on your account, but don't ask for a invoice with VAT or later ! :-(
What if i can't open the .C4D file ?
Contact us so we check if the .zip file is corrupted and .C4D is fine !
Please use the last Cinema 4D version or one of the latest one (10.x). If you have a previous one, we can export again to vrml 2, .OBJ or something else to help you.
I order something I can't use. Did you refund orders ?
No. Samples downloads are here to help.
Can I download again my previous order ?
Yes, in ORDER HISTORY. You can ask to download again your purchase, contact us !
Why my cart is empty ?
Did you add some item to your cart ? click on the preview picture of the product, then click "Add to Cart". Cart use cookie and JavaSript,enable it !
Why do I need to sign in an account ?
You can browse freely our website. But if you order something, we need some customers info to enable a regular transaction.
French laws are very customer-protection oriented. Your email will not be used except for customer support.
Did you sell my email address ?
No, it's illegal in France. Your email will only be used to inform you about your order and customer support. IE : recover your password.
I do not receive email from 3dreservoir.com or your email ?
Check your spam box. Most spam filters consider e-commerce website as spam.
What if my email change ?
You can update your email in the field in "Your account", under CUSTOMER INFO, click on UPDATE link. A right email is the key to great support.
Why do I encounter an error like "Internal Server error" ?
Sometime, durring maintenance or database rebuild, the e-commerce platform can shut down.
