How to use .C4D ? Help
.c4d is the file extension for Cinema 4d objets (meshs), scenes (with camera, lights, animations and post-effects) and materials presets (both bitmaps textures – external image required – or texture shaders). Let's says "3d objects and files".
You need the program CINEMA 4D from MAXON software to use 100% our stuff !
You can download unlimited in time demo version at Maxon.net website.
For some files, you just need a 2D program if you want to load flat 2d textures, or a 3d program which can open theses files (check extension and compatibilities issues).

C4D files loads in Cinema 4D (C4D). Previous versions of C4D can't import Cinema4D10 files. Most files are 9.5 or 10.
Some 3D program/converters can import old .C4D as meshs. Some image program like photoshop CS can import textures as hdri, jpg, psd and tiff. Most 3d program can load theses as textures too.
